The Delray Beach Housing Authority is accepting applications for the position of Controller, who will be responsible for the financial and risk management operations of the organization to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve the Agency’s assets and report accurate financial results. As a member of the Management Team, the Controller reports to the Chief Executive Officer and assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the organization.

Minimum qualifications are completion of a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university in Accounting/Business Administration and five to seven years financial experience and management experience a must with the day-to-day financial operations of an organization in accounting.  Candidate must have experience providing analytics and strategic planning assistance as part of an executive team.  Experience in a non-profit environment preferred.
