Good organizationalskills, communication skills, and an aptitude for detailed work are essential. Some college and a minimum of 2 years experience working in a Housing Authority or with other HUD relatedprograms is preferred. The Delray Beach Housing Authority is Hiring an Accounting Clerk. To qualify you must have a High School Diploma and two years’ experience at a non-profit or governmental entity. A two-year college degree may substitute for one year of experience. You must also have accounting or bookkeeping experience including computer experience. The Delray Housing Group, Inc. is accepting applications for a Maintenance position, This is a routine maintenance position which provides grounds work and basic maintenance work and assists skilled maintenance mechanics. Under general direction and supervision, makes minor repairs requiring the use of simple tools to buildings and structures which require some of the skills of a mechanic. reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
This position may pay up to $16.00 depending on experience.

The Delray Housing Group, Inc is looking for a reliable, experienced full time Leasing Agent. This person will be responsible for the renewal of 144 leases annually and will report to the Property Manager.
To qualify for this position candidate must be experienced in the following areas:
- Costumer Service
- Answering switchboard
- Preparing leases, conducting income/landlord verifications, and conducting initial orientation for new residents
- Assists with, and participates in the annual inspection of units, move out inspections, move in inspections, and any interim housekeeping inspections.
- Rent Collections
- Distribution of Resident Notices
- Leasing reports.
- Low Income Housing Tax Credit Experience preferred but not mandatory.
This Position will pay $14.70 per hour and offers a good benefits package.
